I specially welcome Calgarians and Albertans to this center on Lake Windermere. If you find yourself caught up in the high pressure and stress of a burgeoning city, and want to take a big time out to address concerns in marriage, family or personal life, this could be the place for you.

We’re located just over the Rockies, west of Calgary - so you can drive right out of hecti-city and really focus in on problems that might be getting the better of you and your loved ones. With an intensive format, we aim to make greater mileage over a shorter period of time than would ordinarily be the case in traditional one hour sessions.

Why is AFTi out here? Well… Calgary has a hunk of my heart, but my spirit’s in the high peaks! Mt. Assiniboine (photo above) inspires me. The massif is a pinnacle of strength and achievement. Why not come out and devote some big time to achieve the dreams and intentions you have for yourselves and your loved ones?

Just head west past Banff to Castle Mountain. Then turn off to enjoy the relaxing drive through Kootenay Park. When you get to Radium Hot Springs, we’re 10 minutes south.
